How to become a TEIGA TMI supplier

At TEIGA TMI, we have a supplier approval procedure, in line with its objective of guaranteeing the sustainability and ethics of its collaborators.

What we require

  • • Compliance with labour rights (diversity, work-life balance and gender equality).
  • • Acceptance of the supplier's code of ethics and TEIGA TMI's general purchasing conditions.
  • • Capacity and resources to meet the requirements established in the areas of quality, ethics and compliance, financial, labour, environmental, safety and technical. Prolonged maintenance over time of the above requirements.
  • • Knowledge of Health and Safety, Environment and Quality Policy
  • • Comply with the legislation in force in the country of operation.
  • • Evidence of a stable financial situation
  • • Environmental performance, respect for human rights, ethics, SDGs, etc.
  • • Liability policy appropriate to needs

All suppliers working with TEIGA TMI must be approved.

During the execution of the contract, TEIGA TMI evaluates its critical suppliers.

TEIGA TMI may de-approve suppliers who obtain unsatisfactory results in this process.

Coordination of business activities

In compliance with Royal Decree 171/2004 of 30 January 2004, which implements Article 24 of Law 31/1995 of 8 November 1995 on the Prevention of Occupational Risks with regard to the coordination of business activities, TEIGA TMI will request the documentation contained in the document Request for information for the coordination of business activities and which is applicable in each case.

Code and Ethical Channel

Transparency and integrity are two of the most important values for TEIGA TMI, as reflected in the Supplier Code of Ethics and the Purchasing and Supplier Selection Policy (Compliance).

TEIGA TMI therefore expects its suppliers, who are considered strategic stakeholders, to act in accordance with the Ethical Principles and guidelines for suppliers set out in the Code of Ethics.

In this regard, they may consult doubts and report irregularities or non-compliance through the Ethics Channel. The following channels are available for this purpose:
